• Maintain reports and leverage this data to drive recruiting strategy and keep the hiring managers updated on recruiting and hiring performance.
• Track pipeline data and provide relevant updates to managers on all roles/projects supported
• Lead interview teams through the debrief sessions and support in making hiring decisions.

We are approaching the recruitment problem from a candidate first perspective and are consistently trying to understand the pain points and needs of candidates (even those who Belong at their present workplaces). We’re always helping professionals to connect with each other -the idea is to create a meaningful community that helps with insights and data to guide professionals through their career paths and by helping them find a place where they truly belong.
