About

I'm Kanchan Ugale, and I'm now based in Bangalore I began my UXD journey. I was a user researcher and UX designer for a startup company. We built a digital platform specifically for home chefs. I had the chance to work directly with home chefs to understand their needs, wants, and pain points because I am a user researcher. I conducted secondary and primary research using user interviews, data analysis using affinity maps, usability testing, and more. I also worked on a pilot market research project for MFoodHub. I held positions as a PDM and UX designer with my previous employer. I contributed to internal goods including an app and a website. For the same, I conducted a preliminary investigation and data collection. Having a background in science, I have a natural curiosity for how things operate. This was quite helpful to me when I transitioned to the UX sector. I'm searching for a fascinating User Research and UX Design job where I can put my skills to use and gain expertise from various teams. In addition to my job, I enjoy painting, gardening, and reading.

This was my first Job as a UX designer and User researcher. We worked on developing a platform for home chefs which will help them sell homemade food from the comfort of their home. And also for foodies to order homemade food.
