• Worked as an Interaction Designer/UX Lead on the Android Wear OS team; contributed to the launch of Google Pixel Watch. Also contributed to various Android India stuff as a Visual Designer. Had a small stint of managing a design intern (6mo) under the Android India team.

• UX Lead for Google Voice Search and Google Assistant. Launched several key experiments as a solo designer on Voice Search to drive significant topline annual metrics of Google Search; the team was rewarded and recognized internally for the contributions. Won the first Assistant India internal hackathon as well.
• Fun highlight: One small experiment with a .GIF drove such huge numbers, it made its way into 3-4 Google products, present till date.

• Led the end-to-end shopping experience of categories like Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care on all platforms. Recent revamp of Lifestyle & Fashion experience saw a huge success in terms of conversion and repeat users. The revamp effort also bagged many recognitions such as the 'Business Excellence' award at the Flipkart Annual Awards.
• Worked on emerging technologies like AR, Voice, and Conversational Design to help improve the shopping journey; Prepared a foundation for the next 100 million customers of India.
• Led Voice enabled shopping experience in collaboration with Liv.ai to reduce the friction for assisted online shoppers. Built interaction frameworks for voice based interfaces to help the new internet users.
• Built Chatbot experience (Shopping Assistant) on app & desktop, which resulted in a huge reduction in time and money spent behind customer care agents to handle queries manually. 22% of customers interacting with the Chatbot ended up successfully with a purchase.
• Built a parameterized system to display Ratings/Review of any product, which was heavily based on user inputs & data-mining from existing user reviews.
• Integrated the language of emojis in our platform to reduce the language barriers and thereby improving communication with our customers.

• Designed the end-to-end Desktop booking experience. This helped the product shift from mobile-only to a full-fledged desktop website experience because of a huge improvement in the overall conversion rate
• Revamped the entire Mobile app experience. This led to the unification of iOS, Android & Mobile Web platforms in terms of visual consistency & user experience.
• Led all major design projects and contributed to core product strategy: visually and linguistically, working closely with the engineering team & pushing the boundaries to bring ideas to reality.
• Built an interface level design language with a modular approach of elements. Worked with stakeholders to build the brand identity & core principles of the product.
• Actively involved in the hiring & onboarding of new designers in the team. Started off as a solo designer and helped build a team of 6 designers working across various touchpoints of the product.
