• During my tenure at Gojek, I had the opportunity to lead the Discovery, User Generated Insights & Content and Booking product areas/PODs for the Food Delivery platform, GoFood. I successfully delivered several key projects, including:
• 1. Design and development of a reviews and ratings platform from scratch, leveraging Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to harness user-generated content and feedback to empower customers to make informed decisions and improve awareness for small food outlets and merchants.
• 2. Implementation of data analysis streams for the GoBiz Merchant Platform using user-generated content to assist restaurant owners and partners in scaling their businesses. This was achieved by providing them with insightful data based on order history and patterns, which helped them improve their business and customer relations and increase customer loyalty.
• 3. Lead the redesign of the GoFood Home screen to address scalability, insights, and the growing number of merchants on the platform. I played a crucial role in defining the strategy for the redesign, obtaining alignment from multiple stakeholders and business units, while keeping the different user personas at the forefront of the product experience. The redesign resulted in a more scalable, personalized, and predictable experience for different users.
• 4. In addition, I played the role of an advocate for DesignOPS for the team by helping to build a well-connected team culture and setting benchmarks for collaboration, documentation, and processes. This helped to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
