As the founding Product Associate at an AI-Retail startup, I built the seed SKU catalogue, authored PRDs and experiment runbooks, and shipped prototype UX used in pilot rollouts. I’ve also designed and launched two end-to-end app concepts, and translated field research into prioritized product fixes that cut onboarding friction by up to 3 times in usability tests. I moved from liberal-arts research at JNU into product because I wanted my work to create tangible impact for real users. My interests span sustainability, inclusive design, femtech & sexual wellness — and any product that democratises access to technology and dignity.
