I have 14+ years of work experience working with Indian MNCs and bring confident problem-solving capabilities to the table. I have led several large-scale projects cutting across businesses and geographies to design and optimise people programs and align them with business goals to enhance organisational effectiveness. At Infinite Locus, I leverage my experience, to bring in people centricity while creating robust processes. For the last 1.5 years, I worked towards building a strong operations team and creating intelligent monitoring processes to ensure that we consistently meet and exceed our commitments to our clients. I am now focussing on building the Infinite Locus Brand to take our story to our clients and employees and increase visibility.
