• Key responsibilities:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for the Organization from First Line Staffing to Senior level managers (Pan India).
• Sourcing the talent through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, Walk-ins, headhunting, Mapping, and social media.
• Working closely with all the stakeholders for bulk and niche recruitment, catering to both In-House team and external clients.
• Responsible for candidate screening, preparing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and gathering interview feedback.
• Handling offer documentation, joining follow-ups, background verification checks, employment checks, joining formalities, and maintaining a database of the same.
• Follow up with the selected candidates with respect to salary negotiations and date of joining.
• Coordination with the Operations executive about pending joining documents related to joining kits.

• Sourcing Candidates from job portals like Naukri.com, Monster, Times Job etc.

• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be working.
• Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's requirement.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing initial telephonic screening interviews, creating a shortlist of candidates for the client, etc.
• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Lining up candidates for the face-to-face round of interviews as and when requested by the client
• Intimating candidates about the results of their interviews
• Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed
