• > Search senior and junior level candidates through Job Portals, and Social Networks for relevant job openings.
• > Resume screening.
• > Identifying Qualified Candidates according to the job description.
• > Interaction with the prospective candidates (via Telephone) to ascertain their suitability for the position offered.
• > Sourced right candidates who fits into the company criteria.
• > Coordinate with candidates to schedule their interviews.
