These projects are to construct new and improve existing infrastructural services for public sector/statutory boards as well as private sector clients. Kay works with colleagues from procurement and program finance to develop estimates for project, preparing and evaluating tenders/quotations as well as coordination with field staff for effective project delivery. He is familiar with project/bid assessments and quality aspects with focus on safety and well-being. He is active with SWA's Young Water Professional program and enjoys sharing knowledge through presentations & talks.
