• SimplyMoveIn is India's highest rated operator (4.8/5) of managed homes for young working professionals. We pioneered the concept of renting homes without any deposit, brokerage or lock in, and are still the only organized player in the space. Our proposition is independence, privacy, flexibility and freedom. Operational in Bangalore, we built a customer-obsessed firm in the rental housing industry. We are the only proptech firm to be selected by both FB Start and Microsoft Bizspark, and also the only organized player to have broken even at the PAT level.
• In view of capturing a large share of our customers' spends on real estate, we launched Grit CoWorks , a super economical co-working brand. The idea was to offer freelancers, new entrepreneurs, Micro-enterprises and small teams a no-frills workplace in topmost locations at never heard before costs. By March 2020, we had reached 500 operational seats across MG Road, Whitefield and Indiranagar, and another 200 were in pipeline across HSR and ORR.
• With a vast landlord network and deep experience of building cutting edge products at the intersection of real estate and tech, we further offered asset turnaround and property consulting services. We turned around a non-performing property in Koramangala from 0 to US $100K pa in annual rental income. At peak, we had US $500m worth deals under management.
