• I currently lead/manage the Discovery Services (User Personalisation) backend team consisting of 10 engineers which powers the content discovery experience of (Home page , Content detail Page) for Disney+Hotstar. Some of these services handle around 500K RPS during peak hours.
• Previously, I used to lead the User Identity and Experimentation Platform teams.
• My teams worked on building scalable and resilient systems to manage the complete lifecycle of over 500 million users in 25+ countries
• I worked on challenges to scale the Identity(User Authentication) systems used in Hotstar User for Asia Cup/ Cricket World Cup 2023 which enabled Hotstar to reach world records like 59 million concurrent users streaming live content
• I also managed the in-house Experimentation platform team for a year during which we worked on reducing time taken for analytics from 7 day to 1 day and enabling caching to scale platform for Cricket World Cup scale

• Software Development Intern in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Division, a customer relationship management software package developed by Microsoft generating revenues of close to a billion dollars.

• 1)Creating a Plugin and Tool for Automatic Conversion of Twitter and Facebook posts into Dynamics CRM Entities.
• 2) Tool for automatic generation of System Entity and Activity XML's. The tool helped reduce developer time for entity generation from 1 week to just a few hours and offered a reliable and standard platform.
