Solved business problems through design by working closely with senior management, product owners, architects and engineers. It involved understanding the complex technical landscape, identifying end users' pain points and client needs, and distilling the information into simplified workflows, system diagrams, design concepts, mockups and prototypes for over 30 use cases, in an iterative manner.
