That’s where data came in. A/B tests, behavioral analytics, funnel optimizations-I started merging intuition with experimentation, design with measurable impact. Now, I help brands recover lost conversions by aligning human behavior with business goals. Every experience is an opportunity, every friction point a chance to turn hesitation into action. Beyond my work, I mentor and teach-helping others bridge the gap between UX and CRO. As an Educational Partner at the Interaction Design Foundation and a Mentor at ADP List, I guide designers in crafting experiences that don’t just look good, but convert.
