I am a technology entrepreneur and Co-founder & CTO at Assessli, where I focus on building scalable AI-driven systems and Behaviour Models that empower people and organizations to grow. My passion lies in creating high-performance engineering teams, architecting scalable platforms, and aligning technology with startup growth. An IIT Alumnus with expertise in AI, Quantum ML, NLP, and cloud systems, I am driven to transform advanced research into products that create real-world impact. My journey has taken me from developing Quantum ML solutions at Mphasis — recognized globally with a top award at AWS re:Invent — to co-authoring a white paper on anomaly detection using Azure Quantum QIO and publishing research on bankruptcy prediction using sentiment analysis. These experiences taught me that the true power of technology lies not just in algorithms, but in the culture, vision, and leadership that bring them to life. Beyond Assessli, I’ve mentored 50+ aspiring data scientists, co-founded IIESA (a pan-IIT initiative during COVID-19), and led community programs like Adhyayan Utsav and Rural Fair through IIT and Jagriti Yatra.
