What I do for deNADA:
Research why dating app landscape is so bad even though plenty of options exists.
Built and launched the app for both iOS and Android.
Digital + Offline Marketing to set the narrative and standout from the usual crowd of dating apps
Offline events to cater to a segment still believing in the offline segment.
Ran around streets to interview folks, got in talk with colleges, reels and videos to targeted user segment etc.
What I did in Tech :
Wrote entire frontend in Kotlin Multiplatform (caters to both android and iOS right now)
Backend in Golang (used Postgres as DB, Redis as cache)
GCP as cloud provider for hosting, load balancing etc.
