• Led the end-to-end mobile experiences of Microsoft Lists App, our newest addition to the M365 Suite. Lists iOS secured an app store rating of ~4.3 stars in App store and ~1M downloads as of 2021. Also, led efforts like co-branding, dark mode and Fluent Design for Microsoft SharePoint app surging app store ratings and usage metrics.

Steered design of gamification portal for telesales representatives to improve sales capabilities. Also conceptualised and designed kiosk-based UIs to enhance retail store experience and decrease the wait time of customers. Built proof of concepts with AI, ML, VR and AR capabilities to enhance and improve user engagements at various customer touch points. Created customer journey testing playbook to identify gaps and glitches across different devices in the ecosystem. Conducted hands-on workshop on design tools and design documentation.

• Led the complete redesign of adrbnymellon.com and NEXEN, a client facing investment portfolio dashboard. Led the design of intranet site for employees by conducting focus groups and usability testings to benchmark UI. Conceptualised PoC like App store for developers to share APIs, Rules engine for employees to automate mundane tasks and OKR dashboards for performance tracking.
