• Animall is a SAAS based multi tenant e-commerce platform. It provides online infrastructure for businesses to start their online stores. I worked on the platform redesign as my graduation project. The biggest challenge was to make the system in such a way that it will be accepted across geographies with different languages, currencies and taxes. The redesign incorporates a system which has a smaller learning curve, thus implies lesser investment in training.The features are grouped together for a better navigation which narrows down for sub-tasks. I have carried out the process from start. Though there is no dedicated UX person except me, I collaborate with different teams like developers, system architect, web designers, BA and senior management for different issues and then I incorporate the insights which takes the larger view into consideration.

• MYNEWCAR is a growing startup in Indian market for buying cars online. The goal was to redesign the online selling web app to decrease the bounce rate from home page and lead users ahead to look into the products and convert into a customer. The main focus was to highlight the features that are unique to MYNEWCAR like renting, leasing and booking a test drive. Making pages and forms simpler for user and adding necessary features to system more efficient was achieved by involving users and stake holders. I executed the process from start or background research and delivered wire frames at the end.

• My prime task here was to redesign the website for potential clients to understand the working of the company and its service. With an extensive user study by different methods, I tried to organize the website in a more presentable and easy to understand way by a proper navigation and content. I found out the problems faced by people visiting the website by conducting think aloud and contextual inquiry, re framed the navigation by card sorting. I also explored the prediction platform for social media marketing during my time at Tookitaki and helped with some design related tasks.

• The topic of the research was to compare calendar applications of Android Kitkat and Android Lollipop for usability, aesthetics and pleasure. Since Android lollipop applications were designed according to material design which has guidelines for interfaces, it was said to be more efficient than Kitkat. Based on the hypothesis, a experiment was conducted within samples to check which was better and how using eye tracking device to record the sample's eye movement and other functions and a questionnaire survey to record their feedback of the experience. I later wrote a research paper on it.
