Started with a love for movie posters, took a detour through engineering, and found my true calling in design. From graphic design to UI/UX, I craft experiences that just make sense. New Driver Wallet: Designed and implemented a new Rider Wallet for drivers, which transformed the payout experience from manual next-day transfers to instant, Reduced payout-related support calls from ~150/day to <30/day, Enabled automated commission collections worth ~₹3 lakhs in just two weeks.
Broadcast Screen for Order Discovery: Designed a new Broadcast Screen for drivers, which optimized order discovery and helped reduce pre-acceptance cancellations from ~30% to ~22%, leading to better order allocation and higher acceptance rates.
Suspension System: Created a behavior-driven intervention that improved reliability by enforcing contextual warnings and cooldown timers. Brought post-acceptance cancellations down from 18% to <7%, improving overall delivery SLAs and customer satisfaction.

Revamped Rocket Pro UI/UX, boosting user engagement, session duration (3.5 to 14.9 min), and course completion (1.9% to 7%). DAU surged from 9-10% to 38%.
Led the creation of a design system from scratch, standardizing 27 components across 250+ screens and 8 products. Audited 100+ assets and collaborated across 3 departments to ensure consistency, driving alignment and adoption during Phase 1 implementation.
