• Constant follow up with the clients and candidate.
• Building strong rapport with the candidate by updating them with timely feedback
• Helping to make the best offer for the best suitable candidate.
• Help in offer negotiations
• Post offer follow up.
• Maintaining long term relation with the candidate to make them retain in the company for long time with constant engagement post joining
