About

I hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering and as a result it was natural for me take up the job of a Developer. Overtime, I realised that Design was a better fit for me and made the switch in 2020. Since then I have been working in B2B companies in the space of Logistics, Mobility, Warehouse Ops, Transportation which are all heavy on operations. It requires an entire workforce to make the mission come true. This also means that the workflows are complex and it required me to dive deep into the problem statement and uncover the insights. This is the kind of environment that I thrive in where I get complete ownership of what I am working on and drive it end to end right from User Research to Product Solutioning, Visual Design, Content Strategy, Prototyping and taking it back to the users for testing. This also drew me to the Design Ops. There have been several measures that I have put in place with the teams I have been associated with to make sure that the design team in itself functions with utmost efficiency. Offlate, I have been playing around with AI and code - I have deployed a couple of products. I have received multiple awards for my work, including the West By Your Side Award for teamwork, Champion of the quarter and the Feather in the Cap Award for end-to-end UX design. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills to be a UX generalist, Motion design is the next skill which will be added to my armor.
