• Responsibilities: Policy and Institutional Analysis of Renewable Energy targets in three case countries- Indonesia, Philippines and Viet Nam with specific connections to land use and land-use policies.
• Literature review consisting of Renewable Energy Targets set by the nations under Paris Agreement 2015 with the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the current energy and land-use policies in the country, identification of organizations involved in drafting and implementation of relevant policies, as well as preparation of summaries of data collected through secondary research of some major RE projects to facilitate their site visits in future. I also created Excel database for all aspects of research covered in literature review- targets, policies, projects.
• The study is a collaboration between the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Department of Political Science and Department of Geography and Geographic Information Science.
