Repairs and post sales service will always be ops-heavy, unscalable, and locally coordinated. That’s the biggest myth when it comes to the consumer electronics repair industry. We are debunking this limiting notion with RepairMax everyday. Being an electronics engineer myself and being fascinated by marketing came to me at the same time - as a result I employed everything I learned in my engineering years powered by my realization of the importance of customer centricity and empathy to build RepairMax. With the zeal to change the standard process prevalent in the Repair Industry, I embarked on this journey in 2018 after leaving my job at Emeritus. It’s been 4 years since then and I feel it has been a journey of constant learning. My family’s business background in repairs helped me understand the nuances of the industry. My father’s forays in the repair business for 20 years gave me a good knowledge of trends and future possibilities of how it might turn out. Today RepairMax is an investor backed start up and we are helping various brands simplify their repair process and delight their customers with the help of our digital marketplace for technicians, spares, manuals and everything else. Hassle free repairs not only help brands and customers but also promote circular economy. When I am not thinking of repairs, I love reading philosophy and working out. I consider music as my therapy.
