I am an Assistant Manager - Research at the R&D CoE of CEAT Ltd., Halol, Gujarat, w.e.f. July 2023, with expertise in composites, blends, advanced materials, and material engineering. My work focuses on rubber compounding, advanced ceramics (MXene), and emerging technologies like sustainability and triboelectric generators. I bring a strong research-driven approach to innovation in polymer science and rubber technology with a PhD in "Smart and Augmented Ceramic-Based Elastomer Matrix Composites" from IIT Kharagpur in 2023. My academic journey includes an M.Tech. in Rubber Technology from IIT Kharagpur and a BSc & MSc in Industrial and Applied Chemistry from Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira. I have hands-on experience with engineering and research software and proficiency in operating sophisticated instruments, including rheometers, spectrometers, microscopes, and polymer processing machines like twin-screw extruders. Beyond research, I have an extensive teaching, mentoring, and leadership background. I have served as a visiting faculty member and exam paper setter at Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira and have been a Teaching Assistant for NPTEL courses in polymer characterization and rheology.
