• Being Point of Contact for in-progress HRIS system implementation, including continued testing and configuration, security administration, system optimization post go-live, and coordination and management of cross-functional dependencies between HR, Benefits, IT, Budget and Payroll.
• Core HR team member for implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Coordinating with user community to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions for existing systems.
• Ensure smooth and effective functioning of HRIS for all employees.
• Being Point of Contact for HRBPs, other CoE teams for any operations or transactions performed by them on the tech platform.
• Responding to employee and stakeholder queries through all formal platforms of communication including but not limited to - HR Helpdesk, Mails and WhatsApp.
• Preparing Attendance reports for Payroll Computation, incorporating inputs for various allowances like CCA, Transfer, BGB, Training Ace, etc.
• Preparing required document, process flow and perform UAT of various enhancements.
• Conducting training sessions for users for introduction of new HRIS platform or any new module implementation.
