• Worked with the product stakeholders to define the scope of the MVP of the product. This involved meetings and discussions with business, marketing as well as sales stakeholders.
• Created resources, budgeting and estimation plans for the scope of the project, made sure the pilot was successful and as per stakeholders’ expectations.
• In absence of a designated architect for the project, also played the role of solution architect in defining the architecture, presented it to the Architecture review board. The architecture considered different business and technical use cases including extensibility, scalability.
• Helped the team in prioritizing stories, sprint goals, having low level technical discussions during the course of product development, also did intra and inter tribe level showcases to gather inputs as well as letting other tribes/squads know how different components of the solution can help their teams.
• Drove showcases, demos and presentations for prospect clients, helped them visualize how it would add value to their existing system.
• Migrated one of biggest client of the legacy platform with a customer base of 12M(3M active users)on our engagement platform to the cxInteract platform with minimal impact on their day to day business.

• Led multiple squads(Flight, Car, Hotel) to create a unified platform to serve the agents’ needs.
• Created migration plan and Migrated more than 3K agencies with multiple levels of hierarchy, inheriting their parent agencies properties and settings. Also migrated around 42K agents for these agencies.
• Led the initiative to create a platform which had a responsive web based interface that would be used by agents who traditionally were accustomed to the GDS console. This was a major UX improvement for the traditional agents.
• Helped the onshore product team in defining business requirements and tech implementation for the features that would cater to the traditional agents needs, improving their experience from legacy platform.
• Planned and led the initiative for knowledge transfer to the onshore dev and second level support team onto the new platform. This included code, database walkthrough as well as going through frequently occurring issues, explaining E2E business flows etc.

• Led the dev team in developing product as well as client features required for end to end booking experience including managing their profile and multiple hierarchies of different agencies.
• Led the initiative to bring down the hotel search time from 10-15 sec to 2-3 secs as part of performance optimization in case of certain suppliers. This included moving to a microservices architecture, moving away from the monolith application as well as change in strategy to display the hotel results.
• Onboarded multiple small and mid-level clients onto the product in a planned fashion.
• Worked with BAs and on-shore stake holders in defining features and low level implantation of those features.

• Developed low level implementation of adding multiple OTAs and suppliers as part of the Sceptr offering. The integrations included Rest as well as XML and SOAP API integrations.
• Integrated the Sceptr component into the booking engine of the overall travel solution.
• As part of Sceptr initiative we managed to bring the time to integrate an OTA/supplier from 3 months to 1 month.
• Helped write an E2E test suite framework for search to book journey of flights/hotels/cars/activites. This test suite would be further used as part of build and release process.
