I’m Sufi, the Founder of Pandas Academy, where I mentor and educate aspiring data professionals to succeed in the fast-evolving field of Data Science & Analytics. With over 12 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals not only master the technical skills but also develop the career strategies they need to excel in this competitive space. My journey into data science began with a deep passion for Linear Algebra and Statistics, which led me to pursue both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Statistics from NMIMS, Mumbai. Over the years, I’ve worked across multiple domains, including Healthcare, Retail, and the Startup Ecosystem, leading Data Science projects that have driven business growth and enabled data-driven decision-making. For the past seven years, I’ve been heavily involved with leading EdTech platforms such as UpGrad, CodingNinja and BITS Pilani's Online Education and multiple other where I mentor and coach learners looking to build careers in Data Science (DS), Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). My work includes group coaching sessions, one-on-one mentorship, and developing AI, ML, and Data Science content for educational programs. I’ve helped shape multiple platforms by building comprehensive, industry-relevant curricula that bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
