As Head of AI and Data at Dr. Reddy’s, leading enterprise-wide AI transformation across drug development, supply chain and commercial functions. I drive the strategy and execution of applied AI with a focus on solving high-value problems in a complex, regulated pharma environment. My current work includes implementing Generative AI copilots, decision support systems for financial planning, intelligent document processing for regulatory workflows, demand forecasting engines for supply planning and marketing platforms for omnichannel campaigns. Each solution is designed for business value, scalability and seamless integration into daily operations. Previously, I led enterprise digital transformation at Mankind Pharma, where I integrated AI, automation, and cloud technologies into manufacturing, field sales and enterprise functions to drive measurable performance improvement. At Pidilite Industries, I built the Data and Analytics Centre of Excellence from the ground up. I delivered production-grade AI solutions across trade promotion analytics, salesforce effectiveness, procurement insights and predictive supply chain planning, working directly with business leaders to embed data products into decision workflows. In Mahindra Group’s strategy office, I led data science and engineering for the group-wide customer analytics initiative. We created a unified customer view and deployed machine learning models for hyper-personalization and cross-sell, enabling strategic actions across diverse businesses including automotive, finance and farm equipments. At JP Morgan Chase, I worked on AI-first solutions within the consumer banking network, including demand forecasting, video analytics and business resiliency modeling. Earlier, at McKinsey and Company, I spent six years in the advanced analytics practice. I advised more than 20 Fortune 500 clients across the US, EMEA, and APAC on using AI and digital to accelerate growth, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. I led global teams, managed C-suite engagements and delivered programs in sectors including banking, telecom, retail and automotive. What drives me is building enterprise AI systems that move beyond experimentation to real-world impact. I focus on creating AI solutions that are adopted by users and aligned with strategic priorities. My work sits at the intersection of product thinking, technical depth and business transformation.
