Andy Anderson — Co-Founder
I’ve spent the last 20 years building brands people actually care about. I started out at Procter & Gamble, where I learned how consumers think and what makes them act. From there, I moved into tech and eventually became VP of Marketing. I’ve led teams across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. I’ve launched products, grown revenue, and helped companies turn their brands into movements. I’ve worked across FMCG, tech, and F&B. I understand how to speak to both sides of the table: consumers and businesses. Whether it’s a shampoo on a supermarket shelf, a software platform for enterprise clients, or a piece of specialty coffee equipment, I know how to connect with the people who matter. But the truth is, coffee was always the obsession. A trip to Ethiopia lit the match. What started as curiosity became something deeper. I dove into sourcing, roasting, brewing, and everything in between. I began sharing what I was learning, and those posts started to resonate with baristas, home brewers, and anyone who just really loves a good cup. Today, my content reaches more than 400,000 people across platforms, and my blog, FLTR Magazine, has nearly 10,000 subscribers. Now I’m Chief Brand Officer at Brewing Gadgets. It’s the perfect intersection of what I know and what I love. Strategy meets specialty coffee. I get to build a brand from the inside out, lead a smart and scrappy team, and help shape how people experience brewing at home and in cafés. This isn’t a job I fell into. It’s one I was always headed toward.
