  • Here in IBM I was part of Wintel RFS Team wherein my specialization was Windows Failover Clustering , Storage , OS Core & Migration , If we speak from broader perspective the concept of RFS team is a bigger umbrella under which various types of activities are performed by teams. In the Unix and Intel organizations, the teams perform new server builds, re purpose, service activation and de-activation, system integration, tools deployment, OS upgrades, migration and network testing. I also used to assist in effort estimation, designing and hardware upgrades.
