• An alternate authentication mechanism for digital payments. (Internet and mobile payments). Uses Interactive Voice Response technology as an additional factor of authentication which by design solves the vulnerabilities around One Time Password over SMS. A superior alternative to SMS based OTP that doesn’t allow fraudsters to exploit customers even if customers are tricked into sharing OTP. The solution is designed around proof of possession of the registered mobile number rather than the possession of OTP. Additionally, the use of IVR as an OTP input medium ensures that a fraudster cannot influence the customer while the transaction is being authenticated.
