Prior to moving to the UAE in 2015, he worked with a public listed Telecom firm’s Africa operations, based out of Accra, Ghana, where he joined as a Management Trainee in 2012. In his last year, he was elevated to acting Head of Business Planning & Analysis and led the team to improve Planning Efficiency score from 65% to 89% and ranked 2nd amongst 17 African operating countries. Mayur also worked briefly with Deloitte as a Consultant in their India offices, prior to pursuing his masters in 2010. Mayur is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and has completed his MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
