• Working as a Trainer and Capability-building professional. Guide to Goal is an initiative of Arete Pro. We are a Management Consulting, Training and Mentoring platform working across the country. We are based in Kolkata and have our associates in Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha, Jharkhand and Bihar.
• We offer Management Consulting services in Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance and Compliance to start-ups, domestic enterprises, and corporate houses along with different training and mentoring programs for professional and personal growth. It focuses to build a value-based service-providing platform for aspiring entrepreneurs, students and individuals who are in need of guidance, mentorship and hand holding. We have got immense responses from institutions like the Indian Chamber of Commerce, the Indian Statistical Institute and other esteemed organizations. Have organized workshops on Mindfulness and Happiness, Emotional Intelligence, Health, Safety and Environment for Students, Public Speaking and Communication Skills for students, Digital Marketing for Small Entrepreneurs etc. We are looking forward to growing our network to other parts of the country along with the above-mentioned geographical locations. Our online training has also helped entrepreneurs in Bangladesh to master Social Media Marketing skills. The Digital Marketing team and Graphic Designers helps me with the content preparations broadly.

• Amongst a number of colleges and universities under Techno India Group across the state and city, we were assigned 4 colleges to work with (TIU,TMSL,BIT and Banipur). Starting from 1st years to Masters (all departments). Our role was to train them with soft skills and development to make them ready for corporates and jobs. We were provided with modules and given topics for each, and we had to make all the PPTs, make it a fun and interactive session full of relatable activities, making assignments for them and giving assessments for each module at the end of a 50minutes session.
