Quick to realize that my passion was for working with people and not as much with machines, I joined at Testbook which is an edtech company as Business Development Executive . There I was a good performer and received best conversion award consecutively for 3 months which shows I have negotiation skill as well as good communication skills . Through Internal Job Posting I was taken as an HR Recruiter in the same company. My next play was with Karyarth Consultancy , where I am presently working as an Recruitment Consultant ( Talent Acquisition Executive ) where my job role is to recruit an experienced or fresher candidates.I do screening, sourcing ,calling and taking proper follow ups with the candidates (360 degree recruitment process). One of my strengths is to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
