Dr. Aubid Hussain Parrey is presently working as Sr. Assistant Professor at The Business School, University of Jammu. He earned a PhD in organizational behavior from The Business School, University of Jammu. His areas of interest include organizational behavior, HRM, entrepreneurship development, cross-cultural management, and business research methodology. He has teaching and research experience of more than 11 years in different universities of J&K UT. He has published research papers in journals of national and international repute, including Global Knowledge, Memory, and Communication (Emerald, ABDC-B), Employee Relations (Emerald, ABDC-B), Asian Journal of Management Case (Sage, ABDC-C), International Journal of Organization Theory & Behavior (Emerald, Scopus), Kybernetes (Emerald, Scopus), International Journal of System Assurance Engineering and Management (Web of Science, Springer), etc. He has been providing consultancy services to different organizations like NHPC and JKEDI.
