• General Manager: As GM managed more than 260 employees under different departments such as Operations/ Sales/ IT/ HR/ CS/ Accounts. Was instrumental in developing new air line hauls for the entire network from and to Chandigarh thus reducing pressure on New Delhi and at the same time saving huge money by aggressive negotiations with vendors.
• Dy General Manager: Regional Head for Chandigarh/ Himachal/ Part of Haryana and Punjab. Successfully handled largest inflow of E Com business into the region.
• Asst General Manager: Regional Head for Haryana at Regional Head Office, Gurgaon. Initiated E Commerce business and was the first to bring E Commerce business to the company. Was successful in breaking the jinx by entering the MNCs and big corporate offices where efforts were being made from last 10 years but to no avail. The E Com business of these MNCs was taken over from very strong competitor. Successfully posted Gurgaon Region to growth trajectory.

• Organised various Exhibitions of the products of the organisation. Also attended International Leather Fair held in Chennai.
