• Being a full stack developer at BankBazaar with a total developer pool size of less than 10, I work in an extremely agile environment with scrum methodology working on a range of technology stack trace. I have done a bunch of development extremely critical to the company business ranging from creating framework for extremely fast-paced development of application pages for addition of new banks and products and outsourcing it from development to data team to introducing the first responsive page at BankBazaar.
• I created NewsAggregator for showing highly optimized, non-duplicate and relevant news from a host of scraping sources to be shown at various pages on our site. I have worked on capturing intelligent data with Google Analytics giving proper insights on user behaviour. I have also developed Robotic Arm Module from scratch which interacts with various banking sites for end-to-end integration with our marketplace for banks which don't have APIs to be exposed to outside world.
• Some of my features have actually resulted in multiple surge of organic traffic on our website and boosted up our Alexa ranking manifold.
• Besides working on features, I also provide Oncall responsibility in weekly turns taking care of the complete production environment support and ownership of any changes required in production.

• Being an integral part of the Content and Catalog Management System, developed solutions to host all other components, critical to the business done by the company
• As part of team of 5 developers, developed and owned various modules for the Content Management System. It was an entry point of every data for all the other subsystems in Snapdeal. It hosted various channels for data creation and update both for outside sellers as well as internal teams through various mediums like bulk upload through excel sheets in lakhs at once, update through APIs, SMS, email, User Interface and so on. It was a highly scalable, distributed and complex system consisting of almost a dozen subsytems built from scratch by our team, had the logic of extensive validation and identification of products for marketplace, their aggregation and sending the processed data to various critical system and had a throughput of millions of update per hour.
• As part of Catalog Management System in a team of 3 developers, I developed various highly efficient APIs for aggregating data for communicating other subsystems, aggregating the data and finally serving directly to the Snapdeal website.
• I developed and completely owned Recommendation System from scratch which was used to serve recommended products to end-customers depending upon the their buying history, preferences and various other parameters.
