I’ve always wanted to work on projects that create real impact and make people’s lives better. Right now, I’m working with Leap 300, where we’re helping people overcome poverty and build better futures. It feels great to see how tech can truly change lives when used with the right intent. Before this, I was at Khatabook, where I got the chance to lead a product from the ground up — from an idea on paper to something used by over 1 lakh paid users. That experience taught me how to take something from concept → design → development → and finally into users’ hands. Most of my experience is in backend development, especially with Node.js, and I enjoy solving system design and scaling challenges. I love turning ideas into real, working products that actually help people. Always open to working on something meaningful and learning from great teams.

Senior Software Engineer

Leap 300 uses technology to sustainably alleviate poverty for the most marginalized Indians (widowed, laborers, landless) in the poorest districts of India, as identified by NITI Aayog data. Leap 300’s core intervention, a Milestone-Based Microentrepreneurship Grant (MMG) combined with technology for lifetime sustenance, is currently being tested in a Randomized Control Trial with BITS Pilani, showing strong interim results: a +222% income increase, comprehensive improvements in education and health outcomes, and projected 80% poverty graduation rates. This intervention enables mobility from Below Poverty Line (BPL) to a life of self-sustenance and growth.
With 500 lives transformed in its pilot year, Leap 300 now aims to alleviate poverty for 5 million of the most disadvantaged Indians in the next 3 years.
