Hi there, I'm Samarth Kadarmandalgi, an Investment Manager by profession & an alumni of IIM, Indore. I'm basically a people-person, I love talking to people, making new friends, learning new things and teaching people from best of my knowledge. It all started when I gave my first interview at age of 18 and got selected as a "Stock Market Student Ambassador" among a thousand students from various colleges. From then on, I was involved in spreading financial literacy through public speaking to different age groups. So far, I have worked with 2 organisations: - Presidency University. I worked as a counsellor helping students and parents understand various courses available and help choose the best one. I also used to organise events, promotional activities, branding exercises and contribute in B2C and B2B sales for Presidency University. Talking about the last season, I've closed about 40 admissions and 5 successful events. - OMG Group. Worked here as a Social Media Executive for about 2 years where I acted like a bridge between the company and client wherein, I would take requirements from the client, communicate the same to the team, make an optimal strategy that would help the client achieve their goal and make sure the requirement is full filled on or before the deadline. Apart from that, I took care of all the social media platforms of my clients and was responsible for their organic and inorganic strategies and desired results. When required, I used contribute my ideas to the design and the content team that would help them reach goals. Post working as SMM, I took over Business Development here. My work revolved around customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role garners and meet with potential clients, I was responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads. I was involved in recommending all services offered by the company and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. I was mostly energetic, well‑spoken, and eager to close sales and increase business revenue throughout my job. Currently I work as Sr. Investment Manager at Strata.
