Who am I ? Three words to define me: Permanent Student, Minimalist, Empathetic Human ! I am a seasoned HR professional, with 18+ years of industry experience across sectors. But I am no expert, instead a learning fellow of the subject, I always will be. Currently, I am working with some awesome folks at 91springboard, India's most loved and joyful Flex space Operator, heading the People function with key responsibility of building a high performing team and a great workplace culture. I have been working with some great aspiring minds here to design the HR function from scratch. We take pride in having some of the most refined HR processes in the industry with a empathetic and Human approach. I have contributed in designing the People processes, Rewards philosophy, Organisation Design, Performance culture, HR Technology Systems. In the previous stint, I had worked with BNY Mellon as a Cuntry Lead Compensation Business Partner Lead to Investment Management & Corporate functions teams in India. I also played a key role to bring a harmonized Rewards approach across the country by working closely with Site Lead for Chennai, a new growth location for BNY Mellon. I managed an entire gamut of Performance & Rewards including leading review and development of policies, employee benefits, pension plans, year end, market reviews, Compensation restructuring, Incentive plans etc. I am someone who takes pride in getting my hands dirty, as no design is complete until the rubber hits the road. In my past assignments with ITC Infotech as India Corporate HR lead, I handled the entire gamut of Corporate HR, Policies, Rewards, Performance , HR Operations and Employee Life Cycle for India. I also led some major projects on HR Ops outsourcing, HR Technology & Employee Wellbeing. In my early career days, I got the opportunity to work with the India's most trusted and loved brands-The Tatas. I joined them from campus as a Graduate Trainee for Tata Motors. This was a learning for life and best till date (As they said once a GET, Always a GET). From this experience, I gathered strong industry experience for 3 yrs as functional lead. In this role, I had evolved as a mature management professional and have extensively studied & implemented best Operations management practices in-house as well as with vendors. Currently while I am focused on building People teams, I am also exploring application of AI in improving people outcomes.
