As Senior Manager of Program and Operations at metercube, I saved over INR40lakhs in marketing costs by building & executing data-driven strategies based on market research, competition analysis, & cost-benefit analysis for a retail store launch and user segments. I mapped and designed the customer journey, ensuring a smooth experience and the highest level of satisfaction at each touchpoint within the store. I achieved cost savings of INR 92 lakhs pa and savings in manual work of 1152 hours every two months. I launched the store with a program budget of INR 5 crores with a team of 100, scoped and executed the store launch project to provide 40 customer support specialists with technology, training & solutions. I achieved INR80 lakh sale with a conversion of 20% post-launch.
