  • I am having experience of 4 months as an HR intern at Sayaji Hotel ltd.
  • During the internship i have learned the basics of what Hr does. Basically Sayaji indore is a hospitality industry with around 800+ employees and 200 industrial trainees, so i got a great opportunity to learn how to handle employee footfalls.
  • As an intern, i was responsible to handle the grievances coming from the employees. Initially i was responsible to handle the overall Industrial Trainee's part i.e their joining formalities, Documentations, maintaining MIS, clearance formalities, providing experience certificates etc.
  • If i talk about recruitment part, i was responsible for end to end recruitment for on role job requirements, once the candidate get selected for the suitable profile, then i was suppose to complete their joining formalities, documentation etc.
  • I got somewhat knowledge of compensation & benefits as well. I got the knowledge of PF, ESIC etc. I was responsible to generate ESIC for new employees & updation of ESIC for old employees.
  • I also got to learn how to manage people engagement activities. During my internship i managed two of the people engagement activities i.e UMANG and one WOMEN's DAY celebration.
  • Apart from this i got a great chance to enhance my personal skills i.e leadership skills, communication skills etc. and my computer skill as well i.e Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint , Microsoft word etc.
