About

With a background in engineering from my bachelor’s studies, I am a story weaver at heart. With the goal of bridging my two interests - logic-driven rationale and the intangible volatility of human nature, I chose to study design. My academic and professional journey has been a relentless search for my purpose through learnings from experiences of living in 4 different countries studying 2 different fields. I worked with TOKYO ry, the student association of Aalto School of Arts, Design, and Architecture, as an Internationality Responsible. My role involved working as an advocate for the international students of the School of ARTS at Aalto University.
The job role included organising fun events for students which embraced internationality in the school like the Poetry Jam (an event where students came together and created poems in their languages), Christmas night, movie night, farewells for exchange students (twice a year) and one of the biggest and awaited annual events - Lapland Trip to Kilpisjärvi.
I contributed to the creation of Aalto ARTS’ first ‘Moving to Finland’ guide for international students and represented TOKYO in orientation events.
