• Over the duration of 1 year, I was majorly involved in setting up the multi-reward ecosystem at Flipkart.

• 1. Consumer stickiness (Loyalty Program- Flipkart Plus)

• ➕ Introduced a set of modern tools to be used by the design team for faster collaboration, design efficiency and better task management.

• 💳 Strategised & led the launch of the p13n layer on top of existing Razorpay's checkout by saving customers preferences through a robust ranking logic in order to reduce recurring checkout time.
• ▶️ Led the checkout redesign exercise by doing ground-level research (qualitative & quantitative), comparative analysis, merchant & end-consumer centric surveys & cohort analysis to come up with a framework for building the next innovation in checkout design. Build a project timeline with the PM to break down the release plan into phases and the key product, design & business metrics.
