I’m the founder of Digihire Collective, a recruitment and digital marketing company, and I also work as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Growth Maximisers Private Limited. My journey in the talent space has been all about bringing innovation and strategy to IT recruitment while also leveraging digital marketing to make a real impact. At Digihire Collective, I focus on building creative talent solutions and digital marketing strategies that help businesses grow and thrive. In my role at Growth Maximisers, I manage the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and cold calling to screening and evaluating candidates. I’m passionate about crafting innovative sourcing strategies and using digital marketing techniques to boost talent outreach and engagement. I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Sinhgad Institute of Management in 2021. During my time there, I developed skills in global business, management, and communication, which continue to shape how I approach both recruitment and marketing.
