• Inmobi DSP is a planet scale system that serves ads at few million requests per second, inferring ML models for key decisioning such as evaluating quality of ad requests, computing the relevancy of users per advertising opportunity\campaign for every request, computing the bid value, bid shading, maximizing surplus while bidding, budget pacing and ad creatives selection at a planet scale.
• Role:
• Leading a 40+ member engineering team to transform one of the world’s largest programmatic media buying platform (iDSP) into an ML-powered DSP. I am currently driving technology strategy, leading the end-to-end execution, collaborate across the functions, and in driving the operational excellence with the goal of scaling revenue to few billion dollar plus.

• Inmobi Commerce\Retail Advertising is an enterprise grade ML-driven retail media platform for both retailers and advertisers by leveraging first-party data and digital storefronts to create targeted advertising opportunities. Put simply, Inmobi’s retail media platform helps retailers make money from ads and brands reach the right shoppers at the right time.

• Role and Impact : Cofounded, bootstrapped and scaled the new revenue stream for Inmobi, along with our CPTO, in the wake of booming retail media advertising for the medium-to-the-largest of the retailers in the US.
• This pursuit entailed identifying business opportunities, engineering proof of concept, receiving funding to building out the ML-first\centric retail media advertising stack for the world. Helped scale the product from 0 to 1, validated the product market fit, scaled the business to generate significant revenue $$s and scaled the team from the first engineer to a team of 35+, primarily organized around Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
• My Responsibilities included building the product and engineering from 0 to 1, execution and delivery, people management, collaborating with sales in refining the product that the customers need and want, partnering with our customers in evolving the platform.
