I’m the Founder and CEO of Charles Hudson Technology Solutions, a boutique technology shop singularly focused on "QA for eCommerce". Charles Hudson Technology helps retailers ensure the commerce experiences they’ve built don’t break and ruin the customer experience. We work with top retailers and brands globally, and partner with commerce platform vendors such as Oracle, Aptos, and Mirakl. Charles Hudson was founded in 2015 based on the observation that as retailers seek to create differentiated, engaging customer experiences, the technology systems behind them are becoming more complex, fragile and prone to failure. And yet, most retailers underinvest in their QA process. This leaves them at risk of having their commerce experience fail, frustrating the customer and damaging their brand. We’ve grown consistently and expanded operations since our founding. With employees in North America and India, we serve clients around the world. Combining deep eCommerce experience, proven methodologies, and our own cloud-enabled testing automation tools, we deliver more comprehensive QA services in less time than any other service provider. My own background is rich with both commerce and services delivery experience. I have a deep understanding and appreciation of the key issues involved in retail, digital and omnichannel commerce, and am able to serve as a domain expert and general advisor to clients in addition to overseeing execution of Charles Hudson’s QA services.
