• At MobiKwik I was a part of the growth and marketing team. I managed five core charters,
• Customer Acquisition: - Identify the sources from which the customers are to be acquired. Analysing the spending pattern and LTV of the customers who have been acquired from the same source. Finding out the ways to optimise CPA.
• Customer Retention: - It depends on the entire analysis of customer behaviour on the platform in the whole lifetime. Analysing the cohorts and the target group and then launching a marketing campaign.
• > Defined & measured metrics for performance – ROI, CAC, ARPU, Revenue & Retention on all digital performance marketing channels.
• Lead and managed communication channels like Emails, Notifications, In-App Messaging and other consumer communication channels.
• Customer Reactivation: - Identifying the users who were active in the eco-system at some point in time but are inactive now.
• Bank Alliance: - Contacted, negotiated, managed and analysed various banking alliances with ICICI, SBI credit, Citi group, American Express, and IndusInd. These campaigns were solely based on the objective of increasing MobiKwik’s reach in the ecosystem and acquiring new and loyal users.
• Affiliate marketing: - Managing the affiliates to get proper visibility for every campaign. Calculating the conversion rate and ROI of every affiliate and the quality of users that affiliate is bringing into our system.
• I have hands-on experience with MySQL, Basic SAS, Tableau, Google AdWords and Google Analytics.

• ISayOrganic is an organic produce delivery based startup. It was started in 2012 by two Stanford graduates. They are just not an E-commerce Aggregator instead they produce the fruits & veggies on their farms and market them across Delhi NCR.
• We were a team of 4 and were responsible for developing and managing a Google Adwords marketing campaign for the company “I Say Organic” and increasing the client’s online visibility and sales. The total increase in sales for the firm was 74.6%.
• It was the first time that the company was doing a digital campaign. We also recommended a few changes in the UI and marketing techniques like email marketing (monthly newsletter), Offers on the products and also ran a referral campaign for them.
• Secured AIR 17 among 1000+ participating teams in GOMC 2015.
• Budget= $250 CTR=1.8% Avg. CPC= 0.28$ Total Impressions=50,094 Total Clicks=884 period of the campaign = 18 days.
