• I was one of the early engineers to join a startup- Ankeena Networks - in the media infrastructure space.
• I was a part of a small team of video SMEs in India and worked closely with the team in the Valley. In particular, I handled the design and development of video delivery modules for Juniper's Mediaflow Publisher's LIVE solution - one of the first commercialization of the adaptive streaming standard. I also worked on various standards including Apple's adaptive streaming (LIVE /VOD), Microsoft silverlight and Adobe Zeri.
• I also had the opportunity to interact with MSOs and prospective clients during evaluations.
• Ankeena was acquired by Juniper networks and then transitioned into Juniper's content and media business unit.

• I was a part of the video DSP firmware team. I particularly worked on the MPEG4 simple profile project and then multiple task level optimizations. I was awarded the Qualstar award twice in a year.
