• Heading the technology for the fintech products and platform at Times Internet Ltd. which includes co-branded cards with one of the major banks in India and a rewards and loyalty platform which is integrated with major consumer internet products in the industry. Previous to fintech, I brought the social networking platform from Times Internet which was called Longwalks to a next level in terms of tech and scale.

• Helped Amazon to save more than 200 millions USD through innovative programs I led with a great team by optimising the routing of inventory within Amazon's warehouses and across the fulfilment network.

• Led 1MGs platform Re-engineering team and migrated multiple key services to a new platform along with a loyalty program right from it's inception to making it a market reality. We grew the loyalty program which is called 1MG care plan today (Diabetes Care Plan) initially from zero to more than a lakh subscribers within few months of it's launch. Later on led the catalogue team, SEO initiative, load testing and scaling up preparations for TV ads campaigns successfully building the capability to handle 10x more traffic of what were at.

• Built a product in the Ed-tech domain from scratch along with a team starting from zero. During this journey I played the role of an architect and an Engineering manager designing the scalable architecture of the product end to end which is running successfully today with the same core elements. We launched a platform where millions of students preparing for competitive exams can buy test series online and can give simulated tests in an environment with the same look and feel as of different governing bodies conducting these exams. We successfully tested the platform with approx a million students taking the test concurrently across various test centers in India through FIITJEE.

• Did multiple things in this duration including re-architecting the core platform, initiating a practice of load testing and benchmarking across teams, led the delivery of multiple key features with speed. I also led the development of a new product from the scratch which was a replacement and a breakthrough in it's time replacing the paper based mealcard solution to credit card like prepaid card solution. This project was very complex as it included various compliances, integrations with card service provider, banks, various organisations which were onboarded as our customers etc.
