• At Core Services Department, I was a part of the team responsible for the category-tree structure at Avito, the largest classified ads platform. In this role, I contributed to the design and optimization of high-load microservices in Go, managing up to 2M requests per minute.
• We had strict NFRs of maintaining response times below 200ms and ensuring a 99.99% success rate.
• To facilitate seamless updates, our team employed canary deployments and shadow-traffic techniques.
• Moved on following organizational changes that impacted my role's terms.

• Our team was responsible for B2B integrations. We had 5-7 backend developers, 2 frontend developers, 2 QAs, PO+PM and a system analyst.
• My responsibilities:
• Making sure that Development Cycle is not interrupted or slowed down (because of a ci pipeline malfunction or bottle neck at review stage or anything else)
• Providing expertise to other teams in the company (being an entry-point)
• Doing regular P2P meeting with developers (providing and collecting feedback, also working on IGP)
• Leading some project/stories as a tech lead (design, decomposition, coding and coordination)
• Managing technical debt
• Key achievements:
• Moving our large monolithic application from old and unmaintainable/highly-fallible stack of CI, dev-env and production setup to a new one (from Jenkins/VM to GitlabCI/Kubernetes). The change took a little over four months and coordinated work of five engineers. It improved transparency of CI/CD process, made it quicker and more reliable. Production as well as dev environment got more secure. It also vastly improved reliability and scalability of the production setup.

• Here's how my career was developing in this company, chronologically:
• Developing and improving interval CRMs, admin-panels.
• Working on a social media marketing project.
• Then I was transferred to a new just starting project. It was a full messaging app with some unique features.
• There, in the first six months we've built full functionality of a regular messenger, like let's say Slack (multi-platform, threads, reactions)
• Lead the backend team of ~five developers, where we were designing infinitely scalable and reliable architecture for the messenger.
• Actively participated in building architecture for the Electron App using TypeScript.
• The last months I was working as the team lead and was personally reporting to the product owner. The team was about 12 engineers.
• Then I was transferred again to a project that's related to social media marketing.
